Welcome to YMCA Plymouth
Since the founding of YMCA Plymouth in 1848 we seek to empower young people through support, guidance and training so they are equipped to transform their lives and their community. Young people have always been at the heart of our work.
What we do
Young people are the focus of much our work, but helping to ensure that young people have the best chances in life also means supporting parents and families, to help create a supportive, inclusive and energising community where young people can truly belong, contribute and thrive.
At YMCA Plymouth we provide a number of services ranging from training & education, health & well being, family & youth work, provision for disability, as well as a number of other activities and services all centered around our ethos. For more information visit what we do.
We are always looking for volunteers and people to help support our work. If you would like to get involved visit our jobs & volunteering page. To find out what’s going on at YMCA Plymouth and our latest upcoming events please visit our events page.
On 29th May Kirsty Flint will be doing a skydive to help fundraise for YMCA Plymouth’s work at Torpoint. If you would like to give your support and help support us please click here to donate.
