The perfect exercise and social class for pre and post-natal ladies, designed to offer safe, controlled and targeted cardio vascular, strength training and resistance work helping to improve posture and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles, which will encourage the post-natal body to recover and return you to exercise safely, regaining body confidence by helping to lose pregnancy weight gain.

Strollercise offers a great outdoor exercise class, come rain or shine! Benefitting from the fresh air, which in turn helps reduce stress and possible PND symptoms.

The best part is that your baby comes to class with you so there are no childcare issues, and you can exercise, chat and make friends with other like-minded new mums.

Strollercise is instructed by Katie who is a qualified Fitness Instructor and holds a Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist qualification and who has been running the class for over 3 years now. As a mother of two children, she understands exactly the changes and demands to the body and mind that childbirth presents. With her friendly and welcoming approach to exercise you will not only find Strollercise fun but it will leave you feeling ready to face the day ahead.
