|AB ATTACK – A 30-minute class designed to tighten and tone the abs and strengthen the lower back.|
|FULL HALL FUNCTIONAL HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of equipment such as Battle-Ropes, Air Assault Bike, Sled, Ski Erg Slam-balls, Rowing Machine, Tyres and much more.|
|YOGA FUSION – Strengthens the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. A great way to improve muscular balance, strength and posture.|
