Class Descriptions

Bodyweight Bootcamp – A great workout that combines strength and cardio exercises for a full body burn. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat and challenge your muscles
EARLY RISER – High intensity Interval exercises combining both kettlebells and bodyweight to help release those “feel good” Endorphins nice and early ready for the start of your Friday and weekend.
Functional Circuits – High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of equipment such as Battle-Ropes, Air Assault Bike, Sled, Ski Erg Slam-balls, Rowing Machine, Tyres and much more.
