Class Descriptions

BOOTCAMP BLAST – A great work out that combines strength and cardio exercises for a full body burn. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat and challenge your muscles
KETTLEBELLS – You will swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance
AB ATTACK – A 30-minute class designed to tighten and tone the abs and strengthen the lower back.
FULL HALL FUNCTIONAL HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training using a variety of equipment such as Battle-Ropes, Air Assault Bike, Sled, Ski Erg Slam-balls, Rowing Machine, Tyres and much more.
YOGA FUSION – Strengthens the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. A great way to improve muscular balance, strength and posture.
