
Emma’s first session she felt welcomed, and everything was explained in her in a clear and professional way. Emma writes that she has been given advice on calorie intake and expenditure, and what she should be consuming to meet her goals. She states
“The Personal Training was excellent value for money, and much cheaper than larger gyms, my PT has encouraged me to work harder than I would have done myself. It only took 4 weeks to start seeing results.”

Nigel commented that facilities were very good, and he mentioned that he:
“started to feel the benefits as soon as he started coming’. He comments that the sessions were ‘…very good value for money, when I first came to the YMCA, I was 18st 2lb. With the help of the gym, and my personal trainer, I’m now 14st”
A small group who have PT sessions are all satisfied with the service and said that

We felt supported and motivated throughout the whole session and that our personal trainer pushes us to go the extra mile. The personal training sessions are value for money, plenty of variety and we are motivated to complete the sessions with one-to-one support also being given.”
