Youth Fitness


C-Zone is a gym based activity programme for children aged 10-15 years. The sessions are an hour long and can be either weight based i,e, dumbells, barbell or fixed machines or cardio  based i.e. treadmill, bike, rower etc. Each session will be structured according to the child’s age, size and fitness levels. No child is pushed into taking part. All exercises are designed to benefit the children.


Tuesday & Fridays – 4:00pm – 5:00pm
