School holiday activity club for kids at YMCA Plymouth
Join the non-stop fun from 8am – 5.30pm at YMCA Plymouth’s 8.2.5 Club every school half-term and summer holiday!
Our 825 club is for children aged 8-16 and include all kinds of activities such as; street surfing, arts & crafts, climbing, sports and trips to adventure parks. Our Multi-activity day sessions start from just £17 per day. With additional early and late add-on sessions also available from £3 each.

We have lots planned this half term, including: team games, themed arts & crafts, dodge ball, nerf party, street surfing in our sports hall, talent shows and lots more!
Sessions
Our main multi-activity session runs each day apart from special trip days where specified. After booking a main Multi-activity session you can also extend this by booking early and late add-on sessions for £3 each.
Club sessions run on weekdays during the school holidays and half term breaks (except for bank holidays).
Early Add-on – £3 per session
8am – 9:30am
Multi-Activity Club – £17 per session
9:30am – 3:30pm
Late Add-on – £3 per session
3:30pm – 5:30pm

Food options
Our Bistro is open from 9am – 2pm Monday – Friday, located upstairs in the main building. It offers both hot and cold food, including: sandwiches, baked potatoes and vegetarian options.
Please be aware children will need to bring a packed lunch on trip days.

Free Funded Spaces – Fit & Fed (not available for this club)
Free sessions are not currently available for this club. However, please check back for the next holiday club, as this may be subject to change.
When available, these free places are for children who receive Free School Meal benefit. These spaces include lunches from our cafe.
Please note: These funded spaces are not available for this October half term.

Activities
We offer a huge range activities throught our club. The timetable changes each club so please get in touch if you want to know more. Each day children have a choice of what activities they will perfer to do and all sessions are led by our youth workers, ensuring every child is included, able to participate and have fun!
Arts & Crafts
We run themed arts and crafts sessions each club with crafts they can take home with them. It may be making funky easter eggs, pumpkin carving or making their own acessories. Kids will have lots of chance to express themselves and develop their creative skills!
Sports & Activities
Kids will be able to skate around our sports hall on our “street surfing” boards, test their agility in dodgeball, or play more traditional sports like tag-rugby or shooting hoops with in a basketball session.
Team Games
We offer lots of team game sessions including playing “Nerf tag” with our nerf party gear, or testing their brain with a quiz or board game test their skills and team work abilities in all kinds of way.
Trips
On select clubs we run trips to various local attractions including Woodlands, Crealy and more. Please check the booking form to see what trip is offered in the next upcoming club.
Safeguarding
With over 40 years experience delivering youth clubs we ensure the highest safeguarding standards for our club. We ensure all staff are enhanced DBS checked, have all had child protection training and hold relevant accredited qualifications. Additionally, there is always a first aid officer on-site.
