FAQs
Do the children have to be diagnosed to attend?
No, a formal diagnosis is not required. Your child does not need a formal diagnosis to attend our SEND sessions.
Can their sibling attend as well, even if they don’t have SEND
Yes, absolutely! Siblings are more than welcome to join in the fun, whether they have a formal SEND diagnosis or not. We love welcoming the whole family.
Do I have to book the sessions in advance?
Yes, please book in advance if you can. Booking ahead helps us know how many children to expect so we can ensure we have the right staff on hand and can properly cater to everyone’s individual needs.
Is the session exclusive, or will general public sessions be running at the same time?
Most of our SEND sessions are completely exclusive to our group. The only exception is SENERGY (our supported gym session), which runs alongside general gym use. However, we specifically schedule SENERGY during our quietest times of the day, ensuring a calm, welcoming space with minimal crowds.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all session spaces are completely wheelchair accessible. Every session is hosted on the ground floor, making it easy to access the sports hall, our soft play area and the gym. If you require any additional support, please let our team know!
