Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 1 month before the party: no refund.
- Cancellation more than 1 month before the party: credit on account.
Food at your party
- If you want to order food for your party, please contact our catering partners Miss Honey’s Kitchen by emailing: honeyscatering@outlook.com or text 07791229707 with your name, date, time and location of your booking.
- You must give at least 7 days notice for any party food orders.
- No bringing your own food (aside from birthday cakes) or booking external catering other than though Miss Honey’s Kitchen (located at YMCA) is allowed for Ocean City Soft Play parties.
Arriving for your party
Please note the party area you have booked will be available for you 10 minutes prior to the party start time. You will not be able to enter before 10 minutes.
Play Rules
If you have booked an Ocean City Soft Play party, please ensure all parents are aware of our Play Rules.
