Our Immersive Cycle Studio hosts a range of cycle classes for all fitness levels and beginners too. So whether you’re an experienced spinner or hopping on for your first ride, we’re sure you’ll love getting fitter in our incredible cycle studio.

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through stunning worlds. This is the only cycle class that takes full advantage of our advanced laser projector, 75m of colour changing LEDs and nightclub-grade sound system. It’s great for beginners and proven to get better results for what feels like less effort!

Morning and Evening classes Monday – Saturday.

Easy Ride

A fun, low intensity cycle for the beginner or for those wanting a less intense ride, focusing on building confidence and technique on the bike.

Spinning® Strength is a group workout that involves steady, consistent pedalling with heavy resistance creating powerful muscles, ready to take on the biggest climbs.
