Students take learning beyond the classroom at Discovery College

After having employers from around the city visit our college last month, this month saw the tables turned with students heading out to a range of businesses in the region. Giving young people a practical insight into the world of work has always been a key part of courses at Discovery College, which is why its original slogan was ‘Learning Beyond the Classroom’.

Our Sports students took a look at the high-tech facilities at Marjon University, Health & Social Care students visited the Moments Cafe, and our Childcare students took a trip to the Steiner School in Totnes.
